You know you’re being conned when virtually the same headline is repeated throughout the many sources of mainstream media. They expect and hope that we do not put two and two together but nonetheless, the truth is out there.

Here’s a perfect example of what I’m talking about. Someone took the time to take screen grabs of numerous news sources all highlighting the same or similar headlines. Look closely at the image.

• Why Singapore is heating up twice as fast as the rest of the world

• Europe has been warming faster than global average
• Temperature in Finland rising faster than anywhere in the world
• Spain warming faster than the rest of the northern hemisphere
• SA warming faster than global average trend
• Global warming is happening twice as fast in Alaska
• Russia’s warming faster than the rest of the planet
• Australia is heating up faster than the rest of the world
• Global warming to impact Switzerland at twice average speed
• Adirondacks warming faster than global average
• Sweden’s temperature is rising twice as fast as global average

Interesting, isn’t it? If we were to run this by the average climate change believer, they would see nothing wrong with this and probably agree with it and become incensed that all this is “happening” throughout the world. So, let’s stop using “fossil fuels” (oil), let’s move to electric vehicles (which rely on “fossil fuels” to recharge), and let’s eliminate farming and airplanes, etc. If only people would realize that climate change is simply a scam designed to gain full control of global society so that the average person’s life will be fully controlled in every way imaginable.

Too many fail to recognize what’s going on in the world. These same people got both original C0V jabs, along with any numbers of boosters and are often experiencing seriously detrimental adverse reactions. Yet, they are completely unable to put two and two together to note any possible connection between the adverse reactions and the jabs.

So why is society so unable to think clearly, to see reality? Even though more people appear to be waking up to some truth, by and large, society as a whole continues to walk the path of deliberate obfuscation. Moreover, they are content with it. Why? Well, it seems to me that at least five things are happening throughout the world now that are creating this global problem of complete blindness to truth and reality. Those five things are highlighted in Scripture.

• Strong Delusion (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12)
• Increasing Lawlessness (Matthew 24:12-13)
• Great Apostasy (2 Thessalonians 2:3)
• False Teachers (Matthew 24:24)
• Terrible Times (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

First, the strong delusion Paul mentions to the Thessalonian believers is something that will affect the entire world’s society, within Christendom and secular society. God literally sends unbelievers a strong delusion so that they will end up believing the lies that will lead to the full acceptance of the Antichrist. Why? Verse 12 tells us it is because people hated truth preferring lies leading to unrighteousness. People give themselves over to that, rather than seeking God by turning from their sin and repenting.

Because an increasing number of people in society prefer sin and what God describes as wickedness, God will give them what they want by sending a strong delusion that blinds them to truth, so that they fully embrace lies and unrighteousness with no hesitation. This is exactly what’s happening throughout society today.

People have become so geared to following their emotions, that they’ve lost the ability to think critically, if they ever had it. It’s all about the “feelz” for them and that’s what they go with. These people embrace climate change and the mRNA jab, they support Palestinians and stand against Israel and Jews without even realizing they follow in Hitler’s footsteps. They will embrace the coming CBDCs and digital IDs because it seems cool to them and they want to be on the cutting edge. Unfortunately, it all leads to their eternal doom. The strong delusion God sends will help them cast off God’s “fetters” (Psalm 2), allowing them to live without their consciences bothering them.

Second, Jesus also warned us of the increase of lawlessness (Matthew 24:12-13), that would extend throughout global society. This increase in lawlessness will create a loveless society. People will grow cold and simply not care about other people. This will simply create a numbness in many so that they can’t care about other people. Lawlessness tends to make people very uneasy because they know that lawlessness can at some point, affect them. This lawlessness then will create a tendency in people to look at others as potential problems. This in turn makes people more wary and afraid. Their focus turns inward and they become more concerned about their own safety than caring about other people.

Third, the great apostasy that Paul mentions in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, is referring essentially to people who claim to be authentic Christians. I’ve talked briefly about this before, but we are seeing many within Christendom leave the faith. Many of these people have been leaders in ministry, have written best-selling books and been in demand to speak around the world. Yet, something clicked in them to the point where they felt they had to walk away from it. Often, these people after they walk away from the faith end up embracing lifestyles that the Bible specifically warns against.

Fourth, the idea of false teachers (Matthew 24:24) is something that is mentioned throughout the Bible, and by Jesus as well as the apostles in the New Testament. False teachers are hirelings essentially. They really don’t care about the sheep of a congregation. They’re in “ministry” because they see it as a means of enriching themselves. What they teach, how they teach it and how they present themselves is something they’ve designed so that people will not only like them, but flock to them. These false teachers become expert at itching people’s ears, providing teaching that sounds biblical, but is really far from it. Their god is their own stomachs (Philippians 3:19). What Paul means by that is related to their wants and desires. Their whole lives are designed around getting their wants satisfied and this normally happens when these false teachers lead churches where people are encouraged to give and give a lot. There are many false teachers today who live high off the hog, completely at parishioners’ expense.

Fifth, Paul tells Timothy that in the last days, terrible times will exist toward the end of the church age (2 Timothy 3:1-5). We are seeing and experiencing this now and it will worsen dramatically as the time of the end continues its approach. Of course, it will reach its peak during the coming Tribulation period.

¹But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: ² For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, ³ unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, ⁴ traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, ⁵ having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

Paul is talking mainly about secular people here, outside of the church. However, these people can certainly enter and infect the church with their terrible attitudes. They do so because they want to be esteemed by controlling others. This is true in secular society and in churches, but again, Paul is describing the condition of global society in the end times as the Tribulation approaches. Once upon us, the Tribulation will evidence this list of adjectives throughout society in unparalleled fashion.

Paul’s entire list describes people who are totally in love with themselves and mainly concerned for their own welfare. It’s all about them and they will do whatever they can to ensure their felt needs are met. These people continually seek pleasure for themselves because they are so self-centered. Because of their personalities, they often bamboozle people causing them to believe they are something they are not. Though they may have a form of godliness (and appear religious or even Christian), they really have no power at all because they are not authentically saved. If they do go to church, they go for what they can get out of it. Paul ends with the command that we should turn away from people like that. It doesn’t mean we should stop praying for them. It means we should not be around them so that they cannot corrupt us.

Think about society today. We have protestors in favor of Hamas and “Palestinians” over and against Jews and Israel. We have those who firmly believe that a man can identify as a woman and visa versa. Many of these male to female transgenders compete against biological women and win every time and the world is supposed to go, “Wow, that’s awesome!” We have people who fully believe in climate change and that farming is destroying the world’s ability to create food for society. The absurdity seems never ending.

In fact, the world right now, reminds me of the movie, “Idiocracy,” where completely senseless and utterly stupid people run the world with no real ability to determine truth. Instead, they act more like animals in the sense that they react viscerally to situations, unable to arrive to intelligent conclusions as intelligent people. They often become violent with others who take an opposing stand.

This is appalling to me. I don’t even know how to deal with people like that who are prone to physical violence and violent rhetoric. Their goal seems to be to destroy anyone who stands in their way. There is no good outcome in dealing with people like that and they are best simply avoided. Yet, increasingly, this is what we are seeing throughout global society.

The strong delusion, increase of wickedness, great apostasy, false teachers and terrible times are here, whether it’s in the visible church or in society in general, and will worsen. In Romans 1, Paul explains exactly what happens with people who continually reject God’s truth. As we watch people lose the ability to think critically and make truly informed decisions, a pall looms over all of society that is making even evangelism of the lost that much more difficult, isn’t it? No one can think things through. They cannot debate intelligently. They cannot discuss things because they are so used to TikTok and other social media memes as the answer to all things.

Does anyone read books anymore? Do they really know how to write? Many are being revealed as plagiarizers who hold high positions in government and education. They simply don’t know how to gather their own original thoughts and write them on paper coherently. People are too glued to their phones and the digital universe there instead of being part of the world outside that digital interface. It’s incomprehensible to me that people are so uneducated that they cannot adequately explain why they believe something.

We are truly witnessing a failing society and I believe it started in earnest with the onset of the C0V pandemic. Unfortunately, there is no going back. It makes perfect sense to me that Satan needs a global society that simply does not think and reason. Instead, they will follow along with what their feelings inform them. Today’s global society runs on feelings and emotions. It is absolutely appalling but there it is, a society that is so completely given over to feelings that they mistakenly believe those feelings equal truth.

In preparation for Satan’s coming via Antichrist, this world is being given over to the strong delusion where people actually think they are intelligent and can make reasoned decisions. Instead, what we actually have is a global society that increasingly values feelings and emotions and takes its cues for truth from that, which leaves them essentially bereft in their rebellion to God.
