This corresponds with the lifespan given in Revelations of 1000 years, which corresponds with the lifespan before the Flood given in Genesis, if this is the reason for the long lifespan, the water filtering the harmful rays of the sun.
The Bible says there was water above and water below. (ie under the earth?)
As well as the lifespan, brain function may have been similarly affected, reducing it to its current 5%.
Is this why we are so stupid?
