I was held for Eight(8) months as Jane Doe in a Prison Complex in “Philadelphia”, the horrors I experienced, heard and saw were many. The people who run many of these Prisons are behind most of the crimes committed in communities and neighborhoods. They have agents in every sector of society; Retail, Grocery Stores, Medical and Mental Hospitals, Worker’s Unions, Delivery Services, and Industries such as Food and Drug, Advertising, and Entertainment (Motion Pictures).

These people are your Police, FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), NSA (National Security Agency), DOD (Department of Defense), and other Law Enforcement Agencies.

They describe themselves as The Fraternal Order of Police with over 355,000 members organized in 2,100 local chapters (lodges), state lodges, and the national Grand Lodge, with affiliates worldwide. They are a Nazi, Ku Klux Klan, White supremacist, Secret Societies (Masonic, Freemason, Scottish Rite)
operating as a Police Force and other Law Enforcement Agencies.

These people pose a serious threat to Humanity, Animals, and the Planet as a whole. They work by stealth measures, their most serious weapons cannot be seen with the naked eye nor heard, but its effects can liquify internal organs in minuets. 5G is an example of this type of weapon.

While being held against my will in this Prison Complex I witness how they were using Radios waves from Walkie Talkies, Grids on Cell(Room) windows and doors, Medical Drugs and substances placed in Food and water to harness energy from organs and transfer it from one Prisoner to another.

Prisons (Jails blocks) were used as Trafficking apparatus into different Programs (Projects). Prisoners were trafficked to other Prisons, Mental Hospitals, “Group Homes” and Work Programs on Farms under the guise of receiving “less time” if they agreed (signed) to go.

I REFUSE to go to Court,Prison officers were informed of my status, Indigenous (Not A Citizen of any Nation or State) American Indian, and told them to contact the United Nations Office for Indigenous People. I did not go through “in take”, have a “Face Card” on file, or “Fingerprints” at their facility. Every time they were suppose to let me go, they would try to make me participate in court, then physically move me to another Cell (or threaten to pepper spray me if I did not go to a different cell). I realized many of the inmates were undercover agents working for officers. It is one of these agents I overheard say, she never saw people so afraid to Bid and gave the the Jail Number they were holding me under. On January 2, 2021 A female Doctor and Nurse was seeing another prisoner. I asked to speak to them and the guard opened the cell door. I held a sign written in Large Print my Indigenous Status and the United Nation information on the Rights of Indigenous People. The male officer was angry I was showing this information and thrown me head first into the cement floor knocking me unconscious when I came to a lieutenant was there as I tried to talk to her I was dragged by the hair by the male officer. After 5 months on that Cell Block I was told they where letting me go. They told me I could go home only to hide me in another building in the complex and hold me there. While there I was beaten in the head and punched, dragged and pepper sprayed by Officers. At this new location, I heard inmates instructing Social Workers to “Find Old ID, anything with a signature. In attempts to traffick me into a “Program”. In April 2021, I was beaten so badly I had contusions all over my head, one the size of a Golf ball. My back was severely injured when a male officer sat on my back, I was nude at the time. Every time they asked if I wanted to go to Court, I informed them I Do Not Participate in Court, I am Indigenous (American Indian).

There is No Going Back to Normal. A society that kills people for the benefit and luxury of a few is Not a Normal way of life. (Killed for Life Extension Drugs such as Crisper, Body Parts, Organs and Cosmetic Surgery).

People are still being held, detained and arrested, many for small offenses (charges). I heard of a woman being held even after her bail was paid. And another who was dragged, shackled and taken to a “Program” screaming she did not want to go. People are being killed for their organs and body parts in these Prisons (Jails); and stealth technology being used to harness live body tissue and organs from those incarcerated.

The problem is this system of mass corruption was never dealt with, currently these energy harnessing technology (weapons) are being used on streets, on buses, trains, restaurants, and in Offices.

The Mass Corruption by these Law Enforcement Agencies and Police departments has not gotten better, they have gotten worse. And the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) Pandemic is the result of that.

The Order

Thus,

The Fraternal Order of Police, Police Officers and Law Enforcement Agencies are Charged with Crimes Against Humanity for the Killing, Trafficking, Assaults, Rape and Murder of Indigenous People and must pay 900 (Nine hundred) Billion in Gold and other precious metals and Gem stones to Me and the Indigenous People (misnomer “Black”, “African American”) of “North America”.

All Budgets, Memberships, and Organization Funds are seized.

All Police Officers, Detectives, Correctional Officers, Law Enforcement Personnel and Agents personal financial accounts, Jewelry, fiat currency (money) is seized and used towards the 900 (Nine hundred) Billion in Gold and other Precious Metals and Gems stones debt.

All Police Officers, Detectives, Correctional Officers, Law Enforcement Personnel and Agents, as well as their informants must be Microchipped and monitored to ensure the safety of the People of the Planet.

All Police Officers, Detectives, Correctional Officers, Law Enforcement Personnel and Agents are placed on House Arrest. All communication devices must be removed. Including Televisions, Radios, Walkie Talkies, Cellphones, Computers, and Tablets.

All Cruise line ships are used as Prison Barge to house Police, Detectives, Correctional Officers, Law Enforcement Personnel and Agents who cannot be secured in their current dwelling (home).

National Guards will take over for the Police until further announcement.

This order is effective Now, throughout the land*
