This test-run, was done by the NSA.
The Chinese/Russians would not dump an ace-in-the-hole tactic like cyber-attacking our cell phone network with so a low impact result, as this would expose the firewall breach mechanism that was used, which would allow us to correct that cyber-defense weakness.
If a foreign gov’t is going to launch a cyber-attack, they will launch a fully disabling one that would take days if not weeks (or longer) to repair.
During that tele-network down time, they would follow up with several other attacks to disrupt virtually every computer based system in this country so that we are overwhelmed.
While all that is occurring, that would be the time to move tactical assets/troops as planned to take advantage of the disruptions/unrest in this country.
The NSA, FBI, CIA are FAR more dangerous to this country,… then Russia/China combined, especially when you consider it was the CIA and Mossad that executed 9/11.

This was not a Solar Flare issue.
Canada and Mexico reported zero electrical interference (as of today) in any electrical system, which if had been a Solar Flare Disruption, would have also produced outages in one or both of those countries as well. In addition, if it had been Solar Flare Disruption to the cell towers here, you would have seen other electrical systems also disrupted/damaged, which as of this time/date (2/23/24) has not been reported to have occurred anywhere.
Of course, these reports may come out on a later date, but as of right now, there is no indication whatsoever that this “Cell Phone Tower” disruption event was organic,… meaning it was made to happen, by “our” agencies such as the NSA which is the same criminal cartel that created and released the STUXNET Virus, which was a 100% CRIMINAL ACT!

So SEVERAL SOLAR FLARES were SO INTENSE that they knocked out cell towers over nearly half the country, but did not affect a single other electrical system here or in any other country! Sure pal,… whatever you say. (Coupled with the fact that AT&T Stated EXPLICITLY it was NOT a Solar Flare Problem… but a “coding” issue)

I believe you could be correct. NOAA https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ reported an R3 strong radio blackout impact occurred. Now can we trust the NOAA information?
