SUBJECT: Joy Cometh in the Morning

INTRODUCTION:  The ancient scriptures teach us that “history repeats”.  Good men turn to evil, and then are destroyed by the El Shaddai for disobedience to The Plan for Mankind.  It is important to look with our hearts…and forget about our tainted thoughts that are programmed with Fake news, Fake education, Fake religions, and Fake politics coming from the tell-a-vision.  Instead, look to the past for instruction, discipline, and revelation.  Today use Nehemiah 4-8.  Let’s begin.

FIRST:  What is the Law of Moses?

QUOTE:  (Wikipedia) The Law of Moses or Torah of Moses is a biblical term first found in the Book of Joshua 8:31–32, where Joshua writes the Hebrew words of “Torat Moshe תֹּורַת מֹשֶׁה‎” on an altar of stones at Mount Ebal. The text continues:   “And afterward he read all the words of the teachings, the blessings and cursings, according to all that is written in the book of the Torah (Joshua 8:34).”

The term occurs 15 times in the Hebrew Bible, a further 7 times in the New Testament, and repeatedly in Second Temple period, intertestamental, rabbinical and patristic literature.

The Hebrew word for the first five books of the Hebrew Bible, Torah (which means “law” and was translated into Greek as “nomos” or “Law”) refers to the same five books termed in English “Pentateuch” (from Latinised Greek “five books,” implying the five books of Moses).

QUOTE:  (Wikipedia) The “Law of Moses” in ancient Israel was different from other legal codes in the ancient Near East because transgressions were seen as offenses against God rather than solely as offenses against society (civil law). This contrasts with the Sumerian Code of Ur-Nammu (c. 2100-2050 BCE), and the Babylonian Code of Hammurabi (c. 1760 BCE, of which almost half concerns contract law). However the influence of the ancient Near Eastern legal tradition on the Law of ancient Israel is recognised and well documented.  For example, the Israelite Sabbatical Year has antecedents in the Akkadian mesharum edicts granting periodic relief to the poor.^[8] Another important distinction is that in ancient Near East legal codes, as in more recently unearthed Ugaritic texts, an important, and ultimate, role in the legal process was assigned to the king. Ancient Israel, before the monarchical period beginning with David, was set up as a theocracy, rather than a monarchy, although God is most commonly portrayed like a king.

SECOND:  Who was Nehemiah?

QUOTE:  Nehemiah is the central figure of the Book of Nehemiah, which describes his work in rebuilding Jerusalem during the Second Temple period. He was governor of Persian Judea under Artaxerxes I of Persia (465–424 BC)… Most scholars believe Nehemiah was a real historical figure and that the Nehemiah Memoir, a name given by scholars to certain portions of the book written in the first person, is historically reliable

THIRD:  What is a brief description of the prophet Nehemiah and the political environment of his day?

In the 20th year of Artaxerxes I (445 or 444 BC),Nehemiah was cup-bearer to the king. Learning that the remnant of Jews in Judah were in distress and that the walls of Jerusalem were broken down, he asked the king for permission to return and rebuild the city, around 20 years after Ezra‘s arrival in Jerusalem in 468 BC. Artaxerxes sent him to Judah as governor of the province with a mission to rebuild, letters explaining his support for the venture, and provision for timber from the king’s forest. Once there, Nehemiah defied the opposition of Judah’s enemies on all sides—Samaritans, Ammonites, Arabs and Philistines—and rebuilt the walls within 52 days, from the Sheep Gate in the North, the Hananeel Tower at the North West corner, the Fish Gate in the West, the Furnaces Tower at the Temple Mount’s South West corner, the Dung Gate in the South, the East Gate and the gate beneath the Golden Gate in the East.

Appearing in the Queen’s presencemay indicate that he was a eunuch,and in the Septuagint, the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible, he is described as such: eunochos (eunuch), rather than oinochoos (wine-cup-bearer). If so, the attempt by his enemy Shemaiah to trick him into entering the Temple is aimed at making him break Jewish law, rather than simply hide from assassins.

He then took measures to repopulate the city and purify the Jewish community, enforcing the cancellation of debt, assisting Ezra to promulgate the law of Moses, and enforcing the divorce of Jewish men from their non-Jewish wives.

After 12 years as governor, during which he ruled with justice and righteousness, he returned to the king in Susa. After some time in Susa he returned to Jerusalem, only to find that the people had fallen back into their evil ways. Non-Jews were permitted to conduct business inside Jerusalem on the Sabbath and to keep rooms in the Temple. Greatly angered, he purified the Temple and the priests and Levites and enforced the observance of the law of Moses.

INSERT:  All captured males in ancient days were neutered, to prevent the spread of their genetics.  Prophet Daniel is also in this category, as a captured young man in Babylon.

FOURTH:  How does this relate to the political situation in the USA today?

After the Civil War in the midst of great chaos and despair, a legal maneuver occurred that is still hidden from the people.  In 1871, the federal area was INCORPORATED.  Its name changed to “United States Government, Corporation (Title 28, Section 3002).  The capital of the United States was relocated to Washington in the District of Columbia [aka “Baal”].  The American people were told that their constitution was restored, which was a lie; instead, the entire land mass of Washington D.C. seceded from the nation, and became a SOVEREIGN city-state with its own powers, money, and military controls.  Thereby, D.C. has robbed the American people since that time using the IRS to pay interest to the King of England/Vatican and with the Federal Reserve banking system that charges Interest against the U.S. Treasury/American workers.  The Congress, Senate, and Courts were instruments of DECEIT.

In 1999, two patriots literally rescued the USA from a “Third and Final Bankruptcy” that would have surrendered the USA to Britain. The wicked Presidents Carter, Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2, and Obama tried to remove the LEGAL rescue, but did not succeed.

 In 2009, a major move by the Patriot Alliance began to solve this problem, but the American people are just beginning to wake up to what it means.  In 2012, the states independently restored their own SOVEREIGN STATUS at The Hague, and the U.S. Military was notified of the historic event, because their allegiance suddenly shifted back to the states.  In 2016, the people elected President Trump to lead them to victory against their enemies “foreign and domestic”.

FIFTH:  What are scriptures of importance from Nehemiah 4-8?

Nehemiah 4     New American Standard Bible

⁴ Hear, O our God, how we are an object of contempt! Return their taunting on their own heads, and turn them into plunder in a land of captivity. ⁵ Do not forgive their guilt and do not let their sin be wiped out before You, for they have demoralized the builders.

⁸ So all of them conspired together to come to fight against Jerusalem and to cause confusion in it.

¹⁴ When I saw their fear, I stood and said to the nobles, the officials, and the rest of the people: “Do not be afraid of them; remember the Lord who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses.”

¹⁷ Those who were rebuilding the wall and those who carried burdens carried with one hand doing the work, and the other keeping hold of a weapon.

²⁰ At whatever place you hear the sound of the trumpet, assemble to us there. Our God will fight for us.”

²² At that time I also said to the people, “Each man with his servant shall spend the night within Jerusalem, so that they may be a guard for us by night and a laborer by day.”

²³ So neither I, my brothers, my servants, nor the men of the guard who followed me—none of us removed our clothes; each took his weapon even to the water.

Nehemiah 5

1 Now there was a great outcry of the people and of their wives against their Jewish brothers.

³ And there were others who said, “We are mortgaging our fields, our vineyards, and our houses so that we might get grain because of the famine.”

⁵ And now our flesh is like the flesh of our brothers, our children like their children. Yet behold, we are forcing our sons and our daughters to be slaves, and some of our daughters are forced into bondage already, and We are helpless because our fields and vineyards belong to others.”

⁷ So I thought it over and contended with the nobles and the leading people, and said to them, “You are lending at interest [USURY], each to his brother!” Therefore, I held a great assembly against them.

⁸ And I said to them, “We, according to our ability, have redeemed our Jewish brothers who were sold to the nations; now would you even sell your brothers that they may be sold to us?” Then they were silent and could not find a word to say.

¹² Then they said, “We will give it back and will require nothing from them; we will do exactly as you say.” So I called the priests and made them take an oath to act in accordance with this promise.

¹⁶ I also applied myself to the work on this wall; we did not buy any land, and all my servants were gathered there for the work.

 ¹⁷ Moreover, there were at my table 150 Jews and officials, besides those who came to us from the nations that were around us.

Nehemiah 6

⁵ Then Sanballat sent his servant to me in the same way a fifth time with an open letter in his hand. ⁶ In it was written: “It is reported among the nations, and Gashmu says, that you and the Jews intend to rebel; for that reason you are rebuilding the wall. And you are to be their king, according to these reports.  [FAKE NEWS]

⁸ Then I sent a message to him saying, “Nothing like these things that you are saying has been done, but you are inventing them in your own mind.”

⁹ For all of them were trying to frighten us, thinking, They will become discouraged with the work and it will not be done.” But now, God, strengthen my hands.

¹⁰ When I entered the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah, son of Mehetabel, who was confined at home, he said, “Let’s meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let’s close the doors of the temple, for they are coming to kill you, and they are coming to kill you at night.” [ASSASSINS]

¹⁴ Remember, my God, Tobiah and Sanballat in accordance with these works of theirs, and also Noadiah the prophetess and the rest of the prophets, who were trying to frighten me.

¹⁵ So the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of the month Elul, in fifty-two days. ¹⁶ When all our enemies heard about it, and all the nations surrounding us saw it, they lost their confidence; for they realized that this work had been accomplished ^[b]with the help of our God.

Nehemiah 7

⁵ Then my God put it into my heart to assemble the nobles, the officials, and the other people to be enrolled by genealogies. Then I found the book of the genealogy of those who came up first, in which I found the following record:

⁶ These are the people of the province who came up from the captivity of the exiles whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had taken into exile, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his city,

⁶⁶ The whole assembly together totaled 42,360,

Nehemiah 8

1 And all the people gathered as one person at the public square which was in front of the Water Gate, and they asked Ezra the scribe to bring the Book of the Law of Moses which the Lord had ^[b]given to Israel. [RE-ESTABLISHING THE LAW OF THE LAND]

⁵ Then Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people, for he was standing above all the people; and when he opened it, all the people stood up.

⁶ Then Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God. And all the people answered, “Amen, Amen!” with the raising of their hands; then they kneeled down and worshiped the Lord with their faces to the ground.

⁸ They read from the book, from the Law of God, translating to give the sense so that they understood the reading.

¹⁰ Then he said to them, “Go, eat the festival foods, drink the sweet drinks, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your refuge [STRENGTH].” ¹¹ So the Levites silenced all the people, saying, “Be still, for the day is holy; do not be grieved.”

NOTE:  The months are Tishri, Cheshvan, Kislev, Tevet, Shevat, Adar, Nisan, Lyar, Sivan, Tammuz, Av, and Elul. In a leap year, Adar is replaced by Adar II (also called Adar Sheni or Veadar) and an extra month, Adar I (also called Adar Rishon), is inserted before Adar II. 6) Each month has either 29 or 30 days.

CONCLUSION:  As this nation comes to its senses, and realizes our enemy is within and among our own people, who are extracting usury against our wages, stealing our children’s future, and destroying this nation with foreign capture, let us rise and seek God as our Defender.  Let El Shaddai bless his Partnership with the Good Men of this nation, and may he defend the United States of America in accord with the Mayflower Compact … Let us remember that the Joy of the Lord is our STRENGTH.  Grow in knowledge.  Grow in wisdom.  Restore Liberty and Justice for all.  Engage in the Good Fight.  Keep the faith.  Be strong.
