For 24 hours now, the “United” States of America has been standing on the precipice of a second civil war as twenty-five of the fifty states have publicly sided with Texas against the “ruthless and illegal handling of illegal immigration by the federal government” as they typically state.

The 25 states supporting Texas began sending air and ground reinforcements to protect the Texas border and prevent possible federal intervention.

Texas Governor Gregg Abbot invoked Article 1 and Article 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’ constitutional authority to defend and protect his state.

The clause states that state law supersedes any federal law to the contrary.

The Texas Governor further adds that “ states should not be left at the mercy of a Lawless President who does nothing to stop an external threat like the cartels that smuggle millions of immigrants.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has publicly stated that he will send the Oklahoma National Guard to the Texas-Mexico border to support Gov. Greg Abbott while the governor of N. Dakota stressed that Texas “will have what it takes.”

A while ago, the Texas National Guard made the first arrests of illegal immigrants in defiance of Biden.

Local officials said the Biden administration committed “absolute treason” by failing to control the flow of migrants and neglecting border security.

▪️ Texas security forces have taken control of the border with Mexico and are not allowing illegal immigrants to enter the state, despite Biden’s official order and the Supreme Court ruling.

▪️Federal authorities are demanding that the Texas National Guard remove barbed wire erected along the border, but the state’s governor has refused to do so, saying the government is condoning an “immigrant invasion.”

▪️The Biden administration has given Texas 24 hours to comply with the US Supreme Court ruling and transfer border patrol positions to the federal government, or “nothing good will come of it.”

25 States of the USA invoke the Constitution and the right of self-defense!

Yesterday  afternoon, January 25, 2024, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and twenty-four additional state governors issued a statement on the matter:

“President Biden and his administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to the unprecedented illegal immigration spilling over the southern border.

Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden administration attacked and sued Texas for aid to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.

“We stand in solidarity with our fellow Governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in using every tool and strategy, including wire fencing, to secure the border.

We are doing so in part because the Biden administration refuses to enforce immigration laws that already exist and illegally allows the mass detention across America of immigrants who entered our country illegally.

The framers of the US Constitution made it clear that in times like this, states have a right to self-defense, under Article 4, Section 4 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the US Constitution.

Because the Biden administration has abdicated its constitutional obligations to the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation.”
