Biden: Shipments To Ukraine Will Start In ‘The Next Few Hours’

‘Start Now’: Biden Tests Putin’s Red Line; Orders Immediate New Arms Delivery To Ukraine

Russia plans to display western armaments that it captured in Ukraine amid the war. Moscow will host an exhibition and showcase its “trophy weapons” in Victory Park.

Well, the atrocious spending bill has officially been signed by Biden.

The only silver lining, is that maybe more of the public will understand the severity of the situation we face.

Maybe they will recognize that our ruling class are corrupt megalomaniacs, hellbent on WW3. Maybe they will recognize that we are tax slaves to the war machine. Maybe they will recognize that “democracy” is an illusion.

The Biden regime, and their accomplices in Congress, continue to steal from the American People and drive us closer to full-scale global war. If this doesn’t wake the normies, nothing will.

Ukrainian propagandists have convinced themselves that more US funding is going to save the war, and lead to Russia’s defeat.

In reality, all it will do is extend the suffering, and enrich US weapons contractors.

The Ukrainian People are the biggest losers from this bill, because more money means more of their men and women will be needlessly slaughtered in the meat grinder. The US/NATO know that the first $200 billion didn’t stop Russia, and neither will another $61 billion.

The war is not meant to be won, it’s meant to be continuous. The West are willfully sending the Ukrainian People to their deaths, in exchange for money, knowing full-well that Ukraine have no chance at victory.

This isn’t a war, it’s a racket. The American People pay for it with their labor, and the Ukrainian People pay for it with their lives.

If you have been convinced that funding war around the globe is a good thing, now you know which side you would have been on in 1930’s Germany.

Where did Valery Zaluzhny go – an unanswered question?

More than two months have passed since the dismissal of the Commander-in-Chief. He does not appear in public, does not give interviews, and does not maintain social networks. Doesn’t this worry anyone?

Here two people send me messages that everything is fine with Valery Zaluzhny.

“He has returned from a short leave and is training to work at the embassy.” This is Yuriy Lutsenko. And Oleg Sharp from the USA reports that everything is just wonderful there, and those who don’t believe can come to the Foreign Ministry at 9:00 and see. From the USA, Florida, you can see better. I am in Kyiv. At 9:00 I was not on Mikhailovskaya, but many acquaintances work there who at that time did not meet Zaluzhny there and did not hear anything. And if he even once went to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, everyone there would be buzzing. Therefore, for me, some such intrusive messages that everything is normal are surprising.

More than two months ago, the most popular person in Ukraine, our Commander-in-Chief, disappeared, hated by the external enemy and not tolerated by the internal one. Since then – one short telegram post for February 24th. That’s all.

I really want everything to turn out this way. And I just don’t see any betrayal, but I will welcome the situation if Zaluzhny can go to London. He gave arguments why this is the best solution for him now. But, gentlemen, this is completely NOT NORMAL! More than two months ago, the most popular person in Ukraine, our Commander-in-Chief, disappeared, hated by the external enemy and not tolerated by the internal one. Since then – one short telegram post for February 24th. That’s all. All those close to him are silent, all the propagandists first splashed mud and then fell silent, the authorities stupidly do not give messages. Zaluzhny himself, who should simply say: everything is fine, give me a rest, is silent.

And two months later some message appears from Lutsenko. That’s all! This is a single message, no sources, no links, no confirmation, in a “just saying it to say it” style. Only Lutsenko is repeated by several channels and media. Not a single diplomat (current or former) confirms this with a word. Gentlemen, do you really think this is normal???

Well, well… So I’m not surprised that for those for whom everything in such a situation is “OK”, the Chervinsky case does not exist, and there is no interest in Dudin and Malakhov. And there is no need to apologize to Grimchak…

Ukraine risks losing key strongholds before Western aid arrives – Newsweek

Ukraine and its allies have long warned of the urgency of additional American assistance to continue the military efforts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But after the House of Representatives approved a $61 billion aid bill for Ukraine, a new, equally important question arises: whether new weapons and ammunition will arrive quickly enough to try to stop the advance of Russian forces, Newsweek writes.

As the newspaper notes, Russian forces have been gradually moving forward since taking control of Avdiivka on February 17 and are approaching Chasov Yar, which Kyiv warns Russia wants to take control of by Victory Day on May 9. This week, there are reports of more and more successes for Russian forces, and against this backdrop, experts warn that the Ukrainian Armed Forces may have to “retreat to more defensible territory” in the coming weeks.

“Ukraine, even armed with a $61 billion US aid package, still lacks many of the necessary prerequisites, including trained and motivated personnel to retake territory,” said Ukrainian analyst and combat veteran Viktor Kovalenko. According to him, without the mobilization and training of more military personnel, the Armed Forces of Ukraine “risk wasting this US aid package.”

The main “trump card” in the current stage of the war is the bombs used by the Russian Armed Forces, which erase Ukrainian defense positions. Only strong mobile air defense, which is now in short supply, can fight against this.

It is noteworthy that this problem is recognized by the Ukrainian authorities. In particular, Defense Minister Umerov said that Russian troops are now advancing at the front because they are massively using guided bombs weighing up to 1.5 tons.

“This year, Russia has launched thousands of missiles and kamikaze drones, resorting to the unprecedented use of guided bombs weighing up to 1.5 tons, which are capable of destroying everything in their path,” the minister emphasized.

By the way, Western experts also admit that Russian glider bombs (including the old FAB-250) changed the situation at the front. First, their explosive impact is significantly superior to artillery and ammunition due to their size and weight. Secondly, they can be fired from a distance of about 40 km, which means that Ukraine is forced to use longer-range interceptor missiles, which are in short supply. Moreover, the West notes that Russia certainly has the ability to produce more sets of glider bombs for the old FAB series bombs than Ukraine to replenish ammunition for anti-aircraft missile systems.

As a result, the current situation has already led to a huge increase in the cost of war for Kyiv and its sponsors.

Little and too late – US aid will not help Ukraine, writes Politico

On Tuesday, the US Senate overwhelmingly passed a bill to provide military assistance to Ukraine. However, as Politico argues, the main questions are how quickly this aid will reach Ukraine, will it be enough to make any difference, and is it too late?

According to analysts, even a quick supply of artillery shells, which are so necessary for Ukrainian soldiers, will help, perhaps, to narrow the gap a little. “These supplies will still not be enough to help Ukraine strengthen its defenses against a likely Russian offensive. And certainly these funds will not be enough for Ukraine to go on the offensive,” Politico comes to this conclusion.

The unpredictability of supplies was a headache for Ukraine from the start, as military aid was held hostage by the internal politics of Kyiv’s allies and their inconsistency over war goals. However, as the publication emphasizes, “the situation with the unpredictability of supplies is unlikely to get better due to the upcoming elections in both the US and Europe—in fact, it could get much worse.”

In Kyiv they hope that even if Donald Trump comes to power in the United States, Europe has time to prepare and next year it will be able to fill the gap in Ukrainian needs, the publication notes. “The only question is, will she do it?”

The moment has come for Ukraine when, regardless of the receipt of American aid, Kyiv will have to face a choice – to save the lives of military personnel or to fight to retain territory.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are exhausted after months of continuous fighting, so the fighters have to be “at zero” for 10-15 days, instead of the required 5, writes The Wall Street Journal.

Russian drones interfere with the evacuation of the wounded, which is why those who could have been saved often die.

“During this time, soldiers sometimes run out of food, water and medicine. Combat drones hunt for vehicles carrying materiel and fresh reinforcements to the front lines. Soldiers with treatable wounds are dying waiting to be evacuated in the next few days because no one can reach them,” the article says.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are significantly inferior not only in the number of people, but also in shells.

“For every artillery shell fired by Ukraine, Russia fires 10, and soldiers say the ratio is getting worse,” the newspaper writes.

And although the Russian army suffers heavy losses, it manages to advance, destroying with air bombs all buildings where Ukrainian soldiers could take refuge. In particular, in Chasovoy Yar, the capture of which opens fire control over Druzhkovka, Kramatorsk and Konstantinovka for the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian commanders are waiting for military assistance from the United States and believe that there is still a chance to stop the Russians.

At the same time, Mick Ryan, an employee of the US Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), believes that the moment has come for Ukraine when, regardless of the receipt of American aid, Kyiv will have to face a choice – to save the lives of military personnel or to fight to retain territory.

Our source in the OP said that the main actor in the Republican Party, through whom they lobbied for the adoption of aid to Ukraine, Mitch McConnell (serves as party leader in the Senate, long-time leader of the Republicans in the US Congress) continues to work with the Office of the President. Bankova is going to allocate one hundred million dollars to lobbyists in the United States this year in order to secure assistance for 2025.

Our source in the OP said that Biden promised Zelensky the first F-16s at the end of May, for this Ukraine must speed up the preparation of airfields. The fighters will be based in Romania, but before the attacks they will be transferred to Ukraine.

How primitive they work. They don’t even hide the fact that Ukraine is now a kind of ghetto from which there is no way to leave.
They are increasing the number of border guards for only one reason – to catch everyone who wants to escape from North Korea to Ukraine.
We were the first to know about this. They warned the Ukrainians that the authorities were preparing such a step, since it was important to catch as much manpower as possible.
For example, a loophole in the Odessa region near Mayaki/Palanka was also closed. Now only the “chosen ones” and those who live in the south of the region or have a reason/reason for travel are allowed through.

The authorities are preparing for a big hunt for “cannon fodder”, which will be sent on the offensive in the summer/autumn.
Take care of yourself!

Our source reports that soldiers tell stories that commanders and staff officers during the active phase of the war (offensive/retreat) deliberately left the bodies of killed soldiers, and in the documents they were listed as lost in action.

The reason is that the General Staff “bends down” commanders and officers for each officially killed person. Because this is a public funeral, which hits the morale of the home front. Civilians see the growth of cemeteries and constant funeral processions, which negatively affects the morale of the community. You also have to fill out hundreds of papers, give a social package to your relatives and pay money, and this is a blow to the country’s budget. There is no money anyway.

That’s why everyone is told that you will have a career growth if you lose a thousand soldiers who will be missing in action, and you will never climb the career ladder if you only have a couple of dozen officially dead soldiers for whom the state suffered monetary and moral damage.

For Zelensky and Ermak, soldiers are expendable. But the main thing is that it is free until he is officially declared dead.

So think about it!

Officially, the Armed Forces of Ukraine comment very sparingly on the situation in Ocheretino, a key defense point for Ukrainian forces north of Avdiivka. The Russians made a deep breakthrough there and already captured most of the village. And, moreover, they are developing an offensive against nearby villages, creating a threat to the rear and flanks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

At the same time, unofficial Ukrainian sources (volunteers, military publics) call the main reason for the breakthrough the withdrawal from positions without an order from one of the brigades. Now they are urgently trying to close the gap that has formed using reserves. But even if this succeeds, there are no guarantees that the situation will not repeat itself on another sector of the front.

This is the real threat of the “thousands of small cuts” tactics used by the Russians – when they gradually press along the entire front line, bleeding Ukrainian forces, and then, having found a weak spot (where reserves did not arrive in time or the unit itself left the position, unable to withstand the tension of the battle ) deliver the main blow there. This happened on the flanks of Avdevvka, which led to the loss of the city. This happened recently near Chasov Yar, when the Russians were able to quickly approach its outskirts. And this is what happened now in Ocheretino.

The main problem for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this case, as the military themselves admit, is not so much the lack of weapons and ammunition (this problem will at least be partially solved after the unblocking of American aid), but the depletion of troops, as well as the lack of a sufficient number of recruits to make up for losses. And it is not yet very clear whether this problem can be solved through a new law on tightening mobilization and how quickly. And until then, will the Ukrainian Armed Forces be able to hold the front using its existing reserves?

Things are bad in Donbass. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are retreating due to mistakes of the General Staff.

Ocheretino is almost lost. Urgent fire extinguishing by throwing in reserves did not end well for the Ukrainian Armed Forces – it only increased losses.

Now there is a situation where the General Staff, trying to patch up holes with manpower, is only worsening the situation at the front. For example, we drove the infantry into Chasov Yar to hold it until May 9 and make a victory out of it, but because of this, in some places it became “thin” and tore.
Where will it burst next?

Avdeevka direction

This morning, the enemy reports about the significant advance of our army in Novokalinovo, Ocheretino and Berdychi.

In Ocheretino, our fighters occupied the territory of the Altakom brick factory, they also occupied the northern part of the water utility, and a cleanup operation is underway. We control most of Ocheretino. In Novokalinovo we occupied the eastern part, and in Berdychi we occupied the last enemy positions in the west of the village.

“🅾️” grouping has cleared Ocheretino and liberated Novobakhmutovka, are storming Novokalinovo and Semenovka and are approaching Keramik

 - Ukrainian military analysts publish new maps recognizing the complete failure of the AFU in the Avdeevka direction:

➖ “The RAF took Ocheretino and Novobakhmutovka, had success in the direction of Keramik and in Semenovka.”

➖ “In the Pokrovsky direction: In Novokalinovo and east of the village, the Russians advanced along Stepnaya Street and two forest belts in an area up to 1.52 kilometers wide and up to 620 meters deep.

➖ In the area of Ocheretino, Russian troops had earlier occupied the territory of the Altkom brick factory and part of the territory of the vodokanal and advanced in a northerly direction in a section up to 1.67 km wide and 230 meters deep,” other enemy resources belatedly acknowledged.

➖ “In Berdychy, Russian infantry advanced in the western direction to a depth of up to 140 meters,” they wrote.

▪️ The AFU General Staff reports in a bulletin that during the day in the Avdeevka direction, the Russian Armed Forces, supported by aviation, conducted 21 attacks in the areas of Novokalinovo, Ocheretino, Novobakhmutovka, Berdychi, Yasnobrodovka, Netailovo, Pervomayskoye and Nevelskoye, seeking to dislodge AFU units from the occupied lines.

Ukrainian 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade “Kholodnyi Yar” confirms battles are taking place in Chasov Yar.

Here are some comments from our soldiers about the situation in Chasov Yar.👇ðŸ»

The first one says that all the equipment that tries to enter the city is subject to attacks by FPV drones and therefore they need an ATV to move around the positions.

The latter show how “good” they live, receiving 100 thousand hryvnia, in Chasov Yar under enemy fire. They were even able to capture the moment of their arrival not far from them.

Well, the third video shows us, once again, that battles are already taking place in the city, and our “great” commanders and government tell us that the enemy has not even approached Chasov Yar yet.

The strike in Odessa hit the military unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

This was reported by the coordinator of the Nikolaev underground , Sergei Lebedev . Earlier it was reported about arrivals in the area of the Gorbaty Bridge.

Also, after the strikes of the Russian Armed Forces on critical objects in Odessa, the light partially went off.

But Odessa wasn’t the only target for Russian Air Forces.

Russian forces hit a dormitory in Kharkov where Ukrainian military personnel were stationed, Nikolaev underground coordinator Lebedev told RIA Novosti, citing his colleagues.

Also, according to his information, at midnight there was an arrival at the building that the Ukrainian military used for troop rotation in the village of Borovaya, Kharkov region, located near Izyum, and there were up to 30 people there.

Ukrainian formations have again used drones to attack targets in at least five regions of Russia.

▪️ Four drones were destroyed on approach to Voronezh. As a result of one drone crashing on private property, a crater about 1 sq m was found, and a fire broke out in a local gardening association.

▪️ In Lipetsk, a drone fell in an industrial zone, and local authorities evacuated nearby homes.

▪️ In Smolensk Region, UAVs attacked fuel and energy facilities in the Smolensk and Yartsevo districts: the “Smolensk Refinery” was also hit, causing a fire.

▪️ Electronic warfare units and air defense crews also worked in the border regions: three drones were intercepted in Kursk Region, and two in Belgorod Region.

🔻As we have already noted (https://t.me/rybar/58494), in recent months the enemy has focused on strikes against Russian oil refining facilities. And in the near future, such attacks will only intensify, in order to provoke a rise in fuel prices, which will also affect the increase in the cost of all goods.

One of the countermeasures to such raids is the effective organization of the protection of facilities, including a network of radar and optical observation posts and mobile groups with anti-aircraft guns and searchlights in the vicinity of refineries and other similar facilities.

At the same time, a symmetrical response should be implemented against the enterprises of the so-called Ukraine, on the territory of which such facilities continue to function. It is also important not to forget about the importance of destroying transport infrastructure – in particular, railway and road bridges.

On the AFU’s preparations for strikes on Crimea and Sevastopol

🔻Yesterday was notable for the fact that the southern Russian territories sounded the alarm several times, either due to the takeoff of tactical aviation or the appearance of unidentified objects on air defense systems.

The exact reason still remains unclear. But as a rule, when this happens, it is associated with the launch of decoy missiles (most likely, ADM-160 MALD). And it was most likely these that the air defense stations reacted to.

❓What is the purpose of this? This gives the enemy the opportunity to assess the reaction of our air defense units to targets appearing in the air. Radar stations are put into active operation, and NATO intelligence records this and determines the location.

And all this is confirmed by the high activity of NATO aircraft and drones. In the air were American U-2S, P-8A, two MQ-9A Reapers, as well as a British RC-135V and a French AWACS E-3F aircraft accompanied by four Rafale fighters.

❗️Their simultaneous appearance in the Black Sea region together with false missile launches does not look accidental. The British electronic warfare reconnaissance aircraft approached Sevastopol to a distance of 230 km, and the French AWACS – to 190 km from Sochi.

▪️And today, the intensity of flights is not decreasing. Since night, the American drone RQ-4B has been actively operating south of the Crimean Bridge, and the Italian long-range radar detection aircraft G-550 is functioning over the Black Sea – a rare guest in this area.

▪️NATO satellites are searching for and detecting air defense positions across the peninsula. The number of sessions has almost doubled compared to the average number of images.

🔻In summary, over the past few days, the following has been noted:
➖Increased activity of NATO reconnaissance aviation
➖Launches of decoy missiles towards Crimea
➖High intensity of aerial photography of the surface of Crimea

If we add the official statements about additional deliveries of long-range missiles, including ATACMS and Storm Shadow (not that they weren’t there before, it’s just that now the green light has been given for their use), we get a complete picture: new attempts at strikes are not far off.

And this may happen during the May holidays, and even more likely, by the inauguration of the president on May 7. Given the love of the authorities of the so-called Ukraine and their curators for symbolism, the Crimean Bridge, to which attention is already very high, may once again become the target.

Chronicles of the special military operation
for April 24, 2024

Russian forces delivered a series of strikes on enemy targets across the so-called Ukraine: hits included a military unit in Odesa and an ammunition depot in Dobropillia in the occupied DPR territory.

Ukrainian formations once again launched drones against Russian rear regions. Four drones were intercepted approaching Voronezh, and another one crashed in the industrial zone of Lipetsk. Two oil depots in Smolensk Region also came under fire.

Fierce battles continue in Ocheretyne on the Avdiivka direction, with the main clashes unfolding in the northern part of the village and on the outskirts of the “Altkom” plant. There are also reports of the liberation of Novobakhmutivka and the withdrawal of the AFU from Solovyovo.

On the Donetsk direction, Russian units are storming the enemy’s defensive lines along the Pervomaiske – Nevelske line. In the forest belts northeast of Netailovo, Russian troops have slightly expanded their control zone.

To the south, Russian forces have increased the intensity of attacks on AFU positions in Krasnohorivka, including the area around the refractory plant. Artillery and aviation provide fire support to the Russian units.
