ISIL claims responsibility for attack

Events may now take a radical turn…
Terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow region

Armed people burst into the building and opened fire.

There was an explosion. The building is on fire.

As of this minute, 15 deaths are reported.

The tragedy in Moscow can change the entire war in Ukraine, now one question remains: is there a trace of the RDK and GUR.
40 people were killed and more than 100 were injured during the terrorist attack at Crocus, where unknown people first opened fire on people and then set fire to the concert hall itself.

Our source in the OP said that British intelligence recommends that the Office of the President stop ground attacks by the GUR and RDK on the border, and the SBU stop special operations inside Russia.

The terrorist attack in the Moscow region is important in what comes next.
It’s a tragedy, no matter how anyone treats each other.
Ukrainian channels and social networks were now massively rejoicing at the tragedy, but the fools received an urgent call from Bankova and were told to stop the “triumph” on the bones.

They guessed what this would threaten them with, just like with the terrorist attack/sabotage on the Crimean Bridge. At first they were happy, then they blamed the FSB for the terrorist attack, but a year later they confessed.

If groups associated with Ukraine are blamed for this, then everything will go according to the Israeli scenario, when “it will be necessary to clear out the terrorist enclave.” This is where the most important thing comes from.
1. Declaration of a full-fledged war with all that it implies
2. Simply intensifying any shelling of Ukraine, up to an attack on the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the OP and any targets, no matter the casualties.

We are watching.

According to our data, Ukrainians should be careful in the coming week.
Massive missile strikes will be constant.

Take care, something powerful is moving.

They began to disavow Kiev’s actions .
Bad signal.
Zelensky in vain gave the order to hit Belgorod with all guns. He himself fell into his own trap, trying to provoke panic in the Russian Federation.

Well, here we go. It came to them.
GUR and RDK deny their participation in the terrorist attack in Crocus near Moscow.

We are waiting for statements from the OP, SBU, etc.
It was obvious.

But this is unlikely to change the situation. A “new chapter” begins for the Ukrainian crisis.

Our source in the OP said that the Office of the President instructed TsIPSO to organize an information campaign on the events in Crocus. Bankova understands the consequences of the terrorist attack for Ukraine and will try to shift the focus to the Kremlin. Andrey Ermak instructed the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate to stop any operations inside Russia.

Dima Medvedev on Telegram: To the families of those killed in the terrorist attack – sincere condolences, sincere strength to all the loved ones of the victims. Terrorists understand only retaliatory terror. No trials or investigations will help if force is not countered by force, and deaths by total executions of terrorists and repressions against their families. World experience. If it is established that these are terrorists of the Kyiv regime, it is impossible to deal with them and their ideological inspirers differently. All of them must be found and mercilessly destroyed as terrorists. Including officials of the state that committed such atrocity. Death for death.

Sergei Aksenov:

“Monstrous terrorist attack in the Moscow region. I express my most sincere and deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured. We are with you.

Those who organized and carried out this are rabid dogs. And they can only have one ending.

In connection with the terrorist attack that occurred in the Moscow region, the decision was made to cancel all entertainment, sports, cultural and public events in the Republic of Crimea for two days.”

WASHINGTON CONTRADICTS ITSELF – John “I hate peace” Kirby panics when reporter grills him about claim of “not having advanced knowledge – 00:01 video above” about horrific terrorist attack in Moscow, despite issuing warning to U.S. citizens in Moscow just 14 days ago  that describes exact situation at Crocus music venue  bloodbath.

Yeah… Uh I..I don’t think that was related to this specific attack – US National Security Spox Kirby.

Any other planned terror  you’d like to disclose then, Kirby?

Our source reports that there were rumors that high-ranking officials, politicians, businessmen, began to take out their families again (who else remained in the capital and large cities).
They verbally recommended that everyone go to the west of the country or abroad.

Now an uncertain time begins for Ukraine, when everything is possible, up to official war or intensification of hostilities/shelling, etc.

All major meetings for senior officials, especially security officials, are recommended to be held in underground “bomb shelters.” They say that it is now possible for “daggers” to fly into any object.

We are watching

Escalation awaits us ahead, and Ukraine will not be the main field of negotiations. If we take into account our insider from the Office of the President that the negotiations in Istanbul broke down, then we can expect new actions in the coming weeks, and the move is now up to Russia, and the West will be forced to watch this, as was the case on September 11…
The Kremlin is ready to raise the stakes on Macron’s attacks, but one question remains: how ready is the EU for this game? The tragedy in Crocus changes the entire geopolitical alignment, and the number of victims (we are sure that there will be more than 100) will become a trigger in the negotiating position. Read the documents we published again and you will understand that global changes are taking place…

Our source reports that Western intelligence recommended that Kyiv not launch strikes on Russian territories in the near future, so as not to provoke an already “tense” situation that could be “expensive.”

Let’s see if Zelensky listens to them.

Many people asked us the question: what is the use of the terrorist attack in Crocus for the Office of the President?

We explain:
1. The same meaning as from the chaotic attacks on Belgorod
2. The same meaning as the attack on Russian territory carried out by the RDK/GUR and the Armed Forces of Ukraine
3. The same meaning as the bombing of journalists, bloggers, activists who support Putin/the Kremlin.

The point is to intimidate, sow panic in the country, create fear, and cause damage to the internal economy of the Russian Federation, which is now working like clockwork, although the maximum world sanctions in history have been imposed against it. Also create confusion within the Russian Federation by accusing Putin of a terrorist attack (sow doubts within Russian society).

The murder of Daria Dugina was not recognized at first, but then after a while they indirectly admitted that it was the work of the Ukrainian special services. This happened when there was no reaction, and in the West they simply agreed with this “terrorist attack”, like with the others.

Perhaps they went too far here, but we think this is not the last terrorist attack inside Russia that was being prepared. This is the first puzzle. Of course, it’s not just the power steering or the SBU who do this. They are just a “proxy” that real players use to implement their plan.

As correctly pointed out statements that IS allegedly took responsibility for the terrorist attack in Moscow are false. These messages are not found on any of the group’s resources or their regional branches. This has been confirmed by Syrian (https://t.me/jharnous/3625) and other Arabic-language channels.

At the same time, nothing prevents the “Islamic State” from declaring the opposite in the near future as part of self-promotion: in recent years, the influence of this terrorist organization has significantly diminished, and in these conditions, the militants are willing to claim responsibility for anything just to remind people of their existence.

Given the active work of Ukrainian psyops, there will likely be a lot of such disinformation in the near future, highlighting the importance of maintaining “information hygiene.”

Russian strikes hit Ukraine’s largest dam

Russia launches its biggest attack on Kyiv in weeks

MASSIVE Strikes Across Ukraine | Peskov Calls The “SMO” A War | Russian Offensive Coming

Russian strikes plunge millions in Ukraine into darkness

For the second day now, the Russian Armed Forces have been massively bombarding Ukraine with missile strikes.
Yesterday they hit mainly Kyiv (warehouses, decision-making centers, production shops, etc.).
Today , a massive blow was dealt to the energy system of Ukraine. Note that the Russians could have struck such a blow long ago, but they waited until spring. Although, perhaps, this is a response to the strikes by the Main Intelligence Directorate/SBU on Russian oil refineries and Belgorod. This is a warning that the response to Ukraine will be 5-8 times more powerful than the blow to Russian territories.

According to our data, the Armed Forces of Ukraine spent almost all of their air defense missile reserves in two days. Now all the remains of the missiles are being taken to Kyiv, mainly to protect the capital. The rest of the country will be defended only by “anti-aircraft guns and machine guns.”

Most likely, attacks on the energy system of Ukraine will intensify if the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to shell Belgorod.

We would advise you to stock up. There may be power outages.

Powerful missile strike on Ukraine: as of 7.00 on 22.03.24…

Today our Air Forces and missileers carried out a new powerful strike on Ukraine. It seems that yesterday’s strike (much less powerful, although many important targets were hit) was mostly for reconnaissance purposes.

It all started around midnight, when several groups of “geraniums” began to enter the territory controlled by Zelensky’s regime in right-bank Ukraine from the south. They were working on practically the whole territory of the right-bank Ukraine and, judging by their further actions, their tasks at the first stage of the flight were also reconnaissance ones. They revealed the enemy’s air defense system, preparing the main strike (and then worked on their targets).

Then, 13 TU-95MS took off and headed for the Caspian Sea (traditional missile launching area) and several planes at about 4.30 gave the first salvo.

Following this, at about 5.05 a salvo of several Iskanders from Crimea was fired at targets in the Zaporizhzhya and Dnepropetrovsk regions.

At the same time, several Tu-22M3s were raised, and Tu-95MS gave a second salvo of X-101.

At about 5:30, Crimean Iskanders fired a second salvo at Krivoy Rog, and another missile brigade from Belgorod Region launched its strike on identified enemy targets in Kharkiv Region.

At about the same time, the “geraniums”, having fulfilled their reconnaissance functions, began to strike their targets (airfields of the AFU aviation base).

At about 5.50 a second massive salvo of missiles was fired at Kharkiv region (“Iskanders” and possibly MLRS “Tornado”).

Literally after them Tu-22M3s worked with “Daggers” on the area of Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk.

Then there were new strikes by Iskanders in the area of Kharkov and Krivoy Rog. And in Kharkiv and its vicinity, local residents counted about 15 attacks, the city experienced internet and light outages. Also light outages are recorded throughout the right-bank Ukraine, not counting the western, but there X-101 only fly. Judging by the explosions and consequences in other Ukrainian regions, except for military facilities, the targets of the raid were primarily energy infrastructure.

The target of night attacks was the energy system of Ukraine – minister

Russian troops last night carried out the largest attack on the Ukrainian energy system in recent times, said Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko.

“The goal is not just to damage, but to try again, like last year, to cause a large-scale failure in the country’s energy system. Unfortunately, there are hits and damage to generation facilities, transmission and distribution systems in various areas,” he wrote on Facebook.

He also confirmed that due to the shelling, one of the power lines supplying the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant was de-energized.

“In some regions there are power outages. Energy workers are already working to restore power supply. We are doing everything possible to return light to people as quickly as possible,” the minister added.

The response for the attacks on the Russian fuel sector did not take long to wait, and now it is worth understanding that the enemy has much more opportunities to destroy our energy sector than we do.

Today’s attack on Ukraine’s energy system is the largest since the war, said the head of Ukrenergo, Vladimir Kudrytsky.

According to him, the attacks targeted thermal and hydroelectric power plants, as well as main substations managed by Ukrenergo.

Kudritsky noted that there was damage to energy facilities in many regions, the largest scale of damage was in Kharkov (the city was almost completely left without electricity).

Restrictions on power supply were introduced in different regions of Ukraine, mainly on the left bank of the Dnieper. Kudritsky emphasized that these are “controlled restrictions.”

He separately commented on the situation at the DneproGES.

“So far there is no risk of a dam breakthrough, the status of the damage is being clarified and will be finally clear in a few hours,” said the head of Ukrenergo.

Kudrytsky also called on all Ukrainians to “be patient and not give in to panic.”

MI6 transmitted intelligence information to the Office of the President and the General Staff about a meeting in the Kremlin, at which the scenario of the destruction of the Ukrainian underground gas storage facility was considered as a response to constant UAV strikes on Russian refineries. British intelligence recommends strengthening air defense at underground gas storage facilities in order to preserve Ukraine’s gas storage capabilities.

Today’s strike on the DneproGES in Zaporozhye.
Reportedly, there were as many as 8 hits.

It is characteristic that a missile that approaches the target is 3-5 km away. begins to throw away heat traps.

Most likely it’s ballistics.

But it is clear that there is no air defense in Zaporozhye, or none left, since not a single air defense/missile defense missile was fired at the missile.

Our source reports that if the Russians destroy 60-70% of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, this will stop almost all hidden underground military plants, workshops, factories, etc.
In this situation, it will be impossible to carry out any weapons production in Ukraine, which Zelensky talked about everywhere.
Even tailoring clothes for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in “seamstresses” will not be possible. Repair centers will operate intermittently. All orders will be disrupted and prices will rise. There will be a shortage of literally everything in the country. Fuel prices will increase by 30-40%.
The domestic economy will finally collapse.
The banking sector will be glitchy, which will increase problems for people.
The agricultural sector will also suffer heavy losses.

The US has urged Ukraine to halt attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure, warning the drone strikes risk driving up global oil prices and provoking retaliation, according to 3 people familiar with the discussions. The repeated warnings from D.C. were delivered to senior officials at Ukraine’s state security service, the SBU, and its military intelligence directorate, known as the GUR, the people told the FT.

One person said that the White House had grown increasingly frustrated by brazen Ukrainian drone attacks that have struck oil refineries, depots and storage facilities across western Russia, hurting its oil production capacity.

Russia remains one of the world’s most important energy exporters. Oil prices have risen about 15 per cent this year, to $85 a barrel, pushing up fuel costs just as US President Joe Biden begins his campaign for re-election.

Our source in the OP said that Ukrainian air defense was able to intercept only 40% of missiles and 60% of UAVs; all statistics about downed air targets do not correspond to reality.

At night, Ukraine was attacked by 151 air targets, the Air Force reported. 92 targets shot down.

Of the 63 Shaheds, 55 were shot down.

Of the 45 cruise missiles, 35 were shot down.

Not one of the seven Daggers was shot down. Also, 22 S-300 anti-aircraft missiles and 12 Iskander missiles hit the targets.

Ukraine also shot down two X-59 missiles.

In total, 88 missiles were launched. Of these, less than half were shot down – 37.

Our insider about the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia is confirmed by journalist Seymour Hersh.

Negotiations on Ukraine did not begin due to US threats to Zelensky. American journalist Seymour Hersh wrote about this in an article. According to him, the Ukrainian president was threatened with deprivation of funding.

“We were on the verge of starting reasonable negotiations several months ago, before Putin’s re-election and Zelensky’s military degradation. However, the US leadership presented Zelensky with an ultimatum: “No negotiations or settlement, otherwise we will not support your government with the $45 billion in non-military funds that Ukraine receives annually,” the journalist’s source said.

According to Hersh, Biden has “bet on confronting the Russian threat to NATO” and will not change course even though “the end is inevitable.” “Ukraine has no path to victory, and the conflict will end with Putin becoming a historical icon in Russia, who will return the national pearl, that is, Kharkov, from the West,” the journalist’s source said.

Analyzing the peace initiative proposed by Erdogan, we can say that Erdogan is not trying in vain. A country that takes the place of a mediator and privatizes the negotiation platform will significantly increase the role for both parties. Erdogan is so far the best in this regard: they manage to get both the F-16 from the United States and the S-400 from the Russian Federation. At the same time, Türkiye maintains a high degree of conflict with both sides.

Considering all this, we can say that Erdogan was very focused on the result in this matter, which means his proposal can be considered a kind of diplomatic tuning fork for the winter of 2023-2024, if implemented, most of the participants would benefit.

🇺🇦 The Second Ukrainian Republic would receive long-term peace, and a chance to preserve + the opportunity in 2040 to peacefully fight for lost territories through the brains of the people living there. Moreover, without recognizing the final loss of territories, which is a critical factor in internal stability.

🇷🇺 The Russian Federation would exit an extremely costly process in every sense in order to focus on development tasks, incl. development of “new regions”, which gives them an absolute head start in the fight for them.

In terms of regional security, instead of an extremely aggressive enemy, Russia would receive a neutral and non-aligned neighbor (exactly the task that they publicly declare), and in terms of global reconstruction, it would achieve the main goal that caused the war – confirmation of the status of a world player. We wrote a lot that the real task was to force the United States to sit down at the negotiating table and begin to reckon with the Russian Federation.

🇺🇸 The White House would receive the status of a peacekeeper and would immediately reduce tension in the world by agreeing with the Russian Federation on global security issues, including nuclear weapons control. They could also return the Russian Federation to the environmental agenda, as John Kerry spoke about. That’s why we wrote that some elites in the United States are already ready for a compromise.

But the Biden administration rejected Erdogan’s initiative, because if such a deal is made during an active election campaign, then:

- Biden will be the one who recognizes that the Russian Federation must be taken into account and negotiated, and this is a weak position that the demos, in case of defeat, want to “gift” to Trump in order to criticize later;

- Trump will criticize him for the unobvious result of spending a hundred billion dollars.

Therefore, for now it is more important for Biden to hold out in order to prevent Russia from fixing the status quo and further fighting through proxies🧩

Ukraine ‘Miffed’ With UK As Macron’s ‘NATO Troops’ Idea Raises Zelensky’s Expectation

An Apocalyptic Point of No Return Matthew Hoh’s Remarks at the UNSC Briefing on Ukraine

I said it very early on during the war, and I’ll say it again, Ukraine was and has been led up a garden path by promises and guarantees that the United States, especially, and other western powers had no intention of honouring.

Maybe at one point the US had ideas about Ukraine ”beating” Russia, but when that window closed when the war bogged down

Even before the domestic politics began to move against them in their benefactor nations, western support to Ukraine always shied away from the amount and strategic capability needed to properly knock Russia out of the war.

It’s just been about weakening Russia for probably a year or so now.

Will Kiev and Ukraine see this reality, let alone accept the extremely painful decisions that are to come

“The destruction of French troops in Ukraine will be a priority and glorious task of our Armed Forces,” said Dmitry Medvedev.

“It will be very problematic to hide a couple of French regiments, and therefore the issue of their systematic destruction will not be the most difficult, but extremely important task.”

“But for the roosters from the French leadership, this will be tantamount to the guillotine. They will be cut into pieces by angry relatives and evil representatives of the opposition, who were taught that France is not at war with Russia. And for other restless idiots in Europe it will be a good lesson.”

The settlement of Mirnoye is liberated, reports @voin_dv

The Russian Armed Forces completed the liberation of the village of Mirnoye in the Gulyai-Polye direction (southwest of Gulyai-Polye). Previously, the Russian Armed Forces sought to advance to the southeast of Gulyai-Polye in the Marthopol area.

Today, assault units of the 35th army of the Vostok group knocked out units of the 203rd battalion of the 108th Territorial Defence brigade from the village of Mirnoye, Zaporozhye region.

During the fighting, enemy troops lost over 15 servicemen, a small part escaped. Attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to bring reserves into battle were thwarted, the vehicle and manpower were destroyed.

Unlike the fake seizures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Far Easterners prove their courage and professionalism by deeds.

Chronicles of the Special Military Operation for March 22, 2024

🔻 While all attention is currently on the terrorist attack and tragedy in Moscow, heavy fighting is ongoing in the SMO zone, with the enemy shelling Russian cities and villages on the front line.

For the first time since spring 2023, the Russian Armed Forces launched a mass strike on energy infrastructure facilities in ten regions of Ukraine, resulting in power and communications outages in many areas.

Belgorod faced fire once again, resulting in casualties. Throughout the day, residential areas in the region were hit, and several targets were intercepted by air defense systems.

Overall, there is relative calm on the fronts with both parties exchanging strikes and conducting mutual reconnaissance to enhance their defensive capabilities.

Meanwhile, intense fighting persists in the Avdeevsky area at the Berdychi-Tonenkoye line, and in the Vremyevsky area, Russian forces have advanced west of Staromayorsky.

In the Zaporozhye area, the launcher and control center of the NASAMS air defense system were destroyed. The target was over 50 kilometers away on the front line and marked the second hit of this kind in a month.

Near Krynki in the Kherson area, another enemy rotation was disrupted. Artillery fire destroyed two vessels and several members of the Ukrainian formations.

In addition, foreign military equipment and weapons delivered to Ukraine from NATO countries have been destroyed, the transfer of enemy reserves to the front line has been disrupted, and AFU and mercenary units have been neutralised in reconstitution areas.

All the targets have been achieved.
