A Current Sex vs. Gender Court Case in Australia Could Change All Women's Rights Globally (Videos)
The Australian media are ignoring a landmark fight to reclaim sex-based rights and protections for all women and girls.
This constitutional law case is not only relevant to Australia; it could potentially redefine women’s rights around the world as it is based on a UN convention to which most countries are signatory.
Our guest on this 24 March 2024 week’s Whittle video is Sall Grover, the Australian founder of an independent female-only social media, networking platform and app called ‘Giggle’. Giggle was created by Sall as a platform centred around women connecting with, and supporting, other women. The purpose was to provide an app that allowed women to safely connect; an important consideration when dealing with strangers. Giggle uses biometric technology to scan faces to ensure the app remains single-sex.
Sall is being taken to court because she wants her Giggle app to remain female-only. This is a landmark case which is about to go to the Australian Federal Court. If Sall Grover wins the case, it will be a big win for sex-based rights of women across Australia and potentially around the world.

She already lost. Before she can win, the law has to be changed. The courts cannot create law on the bench.
If you send your money, a fool and their money is soon parted. I can figure someone will hate the comment and me. That’s expected if you don’t know. I once saw everything as against us. The glass is half empty, so I was in fight mode, belligerent, then I was pulled into it through my belligerence and saw the mechanics of it working. I was no longer outside and judging from what I heard, I was inside and being judged and I saw it working. Do you hear me? Working. The people outside were breaking and I was in conflict with them, but inside it was working. I realized it works when I had a different perspective, and allowed it to do what it was designed to do. Now there are broken things I didn’t use like broken attorneys but what works, works. Broken cops, can pull you in, and you can make a lot of things work from the belly of a beast, such that it spits you out to consume another. I, saw it working based on how I was pulled in and how I knew my place in their work. They behaved because I knew. She’s going to lose, the law won’t let her discriminate based on how someone looks. Never will.
Let this go. It won’t serve you. You can’t take this energy to 5D.
Grand me the serenity ( piece of mind ) to

The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Some experiences are lessons to learn from. Don’t avoid an experience because you don’t want to learn.
It’s the lessons that prepare us for 5D, because we know what does not belong there.
Without this wisdom no matter how high you want to shake (vibrate), you can’t go because you don’t know what you need to know and don’t know how to accept things that cannot be changed.
A lesson is a lesson whether you like it or not. It exists for a reason and skipping school, missing tests doesn’t mean you graduate because you never failed a test. If you didn’t take a test that’s why you never failed. You are not ready. 5d has new lessons and you’d be unprepared. 3D is to get you skilled for what’s to come.
