These are all signs of the body releasing tension. Some emotions may rise during the unwinding session. Observe those emotions as they rise and get released. At the end of the session, you will feel refreshed.

During the unwinding session, it is okay to play some music in the background. It is also okay to stand with the eyes closed, slightly bend the knees, relax the body and bounce gently. These exercises can help you better feel and connect with your inner self. 

Invite restorative sleep 

Staying away from all electronic devices an hour before bed will help get quality sleep. You can, instead, play relaxing music or perform gentle stretches. A warm bath will also help. A cup of turmeric milk and foot massage using essential oils can help.
