Cache Collision Part 5: A Matter of National Security

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Imagine my surprise when Kali shared with us that the matters we were discussing were actually a Matter of National Security. Numerous meetings and conversations were had with Kali, Abner, Clyde Baugh, the Cromars and others, in and around, the Baugh Motel, which served as our central intelligence gathering and logistics location. I soon found great humor that few within the community knew that the quiet setting of the peaceful Baugh Motel was actually an active hub of intelligence gathering and tactical deployment.

Kali was an active participant in our discussions about the Cromars and the Public Corruption that was being exposed in Cache Valley. Kali also let us know that all of our efforts were being communicated to his superiors (“the General”). It was during this time that Kali appeared in my office, along with Clyde Baugh, Barbara and Ken Cromar, and handed each of us a badge for the Special Activities Division instructing us that we were to carry them and only show them when necessary. Kali also told us that we would be receiving our credentials as soon as they came through “the General.” Once they arrived, Kali said, we would be given our Oaths of Office and sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from enemies foreign and domestic. Shortly afterward, Kali brought me everyone’s credentials. He gave me my Oath of Office and instructed me to administer the oaths to Clyde Baugh, Barbara and Ken Cromar, which I did.

On May 9, 2022, I had a discussion with Ken Cromar expressing an Impression I had received that the Cromars were missing one of the most powerful tools for their defense, which was a Friend of the Court Brief. Ken consented to my proposal and the process began to prepare and file the Friend of the Court Brief on behalf of Barbara and Ken, which was filed on June 24, 2022 and sent to “the General” and his teams. I became an integral part on the Cromar’s Defense Team helping to prepare every court filing and response prior and after their Kangaroo court and attempted sentencing hearing, where Judge Christine Johnson declared war upon all of, We the People. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!

Sometime in May of 2022, Spencer Rice, who was one of my public defenders for my indictment, came to my office at the Baugh Motel and met with me and Kali. Kali introduced himself to Mr. Rice, showed him his badge, and informed Mr. Rice that the indictment against me needed to be dismissed as a matter of National Security. Mr. Rice was stunned and did not have anything really to say. After Kali left my office, he told me he did not believe a word that Kali had said and warned me not to believe any of it myself. I found it a little odd that Mr. Rice was telling me not to believe any of this, when I had the badge and credentials in my pocket. Of course, there is no evidence that Mr. Rice ever informed the Judge or the Prosecutors of his meeting with me and Kali. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!

There were multiple incidents involving John Sullivan, who was Ray Epps co-conspirator at the January 6th 2021 riot, from May through August of 2022. John Sullivan showed up at Kali’s home, under the cover of darkness, and his image was captured on security cameras when he walked into the backyard. Alerted to the security breach, Kali was shocked to see John Sullivan on the security footage, however, Sullivan managed to escape capture and Kali immediately notified “the General” who dispatched two of his teams to Kali’s home about 3:00 in the morning.

“The General” and Kali were both surprised at John Sullivan’s appearance at Kali’s home along with the recent disclosure, in the Friend of the Court Brief, that Sullivan had appeared at Barbara and Ken’s home just prior to the 75-man SWAT team removal of the Cromar’s from their home in 2020.

John Sullivan, who was a former member of the Special Activities Division, was thought to be dead, but was now at Kali’s home in the middle of the night. “The General’s” teams checked out the two vehicles at Kali’s home and discovered that a highly explosive fluid had been sprayed on both engines, which would ignite after the vehicle had reached its fully operating temperature. Each door handle had also been sprayed with a fatally toxic fluid designed to kill anyone who touched the door handles. “The General’s” teams successfully neutralized each vehicle and then the manhunt for John Sullivan began in earnest. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!
