There can be no doubt that this is a FALSE FLAG OPERATION.
First and foremost, it is common knowledge that the U.S. Govt dislikes the Russians. Therefore, the Tsarnaev brothers were an obvious target of the Secret Ops people (CIA, FBI, etc…). The first four letters of their last name is “Tsar”. The last Tsar of Russia (Tsar Nicholas II) was our enemy in WWI (who we defeated and essentially de-throned). Because of this bitterness towards the Tsar, the US Govt. mistakenly associated Tsar (in Tsarnaev brothers) to the Russian flag which is Blue and Red. In reality, the Tsarnaev’s native flag is the Chechnya flag consisting of Green, White, and Red. Unfortunately, it was not until the older brother was killed and the other one captured that the Govt. Ops people realized they associated the Tsarnaev brothers with a false flag since they were from Chechnya and NOT Russia

11 sec – explosion – no damage at all – even air balloons did not pop! and seen flying away.
21 sec – camera pans – there is some smoke, but not much, you can see trough – no victims yet.
25 sec – group of people (7-15) are coming out of the building with broken windows -one is wearing red hat.
No running, very calmly walking out.
33 sec – you can hear a pop ! smoke grenade goes off.
A lot of smoke to cover clowns getting into position, applying fake blood, waiting for smoke to clear.

Nice try but both pictures are the same. It’s a photoshop job. One has simply been zoomed in. The facial expression and tilt of the head are identical and the headline covers the necklace she is wearing. Enter the picture on photoshop and remove the banners. It’s not even a good photoshop hoax.
