ICE now has more than 20,000 law enforcement and support personnel in more than 400 offices in the United States and around the world.
The agency has an annual budget of approximately $6 billion, primarily devoted to three operational directorates — Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA). A fourth directorate – Management and Administration (M&A) – supports the three operational branches to advance the ICE mission.

I finally figured out why big brother and the politicians he owns wants criminal invaders in the united states and Europe.
Consider that a cashless society cannot exist as long as those who want to flee from it have a place to flee to.
Of course the places to flee to will be third world countries that are not caught up in big brothers world economy and technological slavery.
The united states cannot simply invade all of those places, the public outcry would be insane.
So what is the next solution? Involve the citizens of those countries in our economy, get them on our grid.
And what is the easiest way to do that?
How about, get a bunch of them to come here, live off of the government ( meaning the working man) and send what they work illegally for back home. Which then puts the folks at home on the grid.

Long time agenda, telling people that the world is over populated don’t have a family. Then we need these immigrants to take jobs. Specially when they need 50 million jobs immediately for the natural born citizens within the country. It takes a lot of balls and a lot of programmed people to buy this BS.
They told us that in the 60s, and as a result people quit having as many kids, then what happened?
The work force was finally close to parity with the birth rate, which drove wages up.
So what does the government do?
Reagan grants amnesty, flooding the country with millions of criminal invaders who live on the governments dole and working under the table, driving wages back down the toilet.
