Christchurch False Flag intel. An event a few weeks prior was STOPPED... Wrong narrative

Apparently about late Feb 2019,  there was nearly a terror attack in Nelson NZ.  The attack was going to be carried out by a student at the boys school.  This student had recently converted to ISLAM. This attack was discovered by the authorities because of the would-be attackers INTERNET SEARCHES. This info came to me from a trusted source who knows police officers in Wellington.  This info was also confirmed second hand by another I know.  This event is being kept VERY QUIET, it has NOT made the media here.  Low and behold about a month later is the Christchurch attack.  The excuse for the Gun-grab.  It’s all about optics:They wanted a “Trump supporting / right winger (Which this guy wasn’t but the video and manifesto showing he was a self described “Eco-Fascist” have been declared ILLEGAL) to carry out an event on minorities rather than a Muslim on white / Christian event.  The Governments plan is to DISARM the Whites and Christians. Christchurch was the excuse. 

Questions: 
1. If they found this recent convert to ISLAM through his internet searches, why didn’t they find this Guy in Christchurch who was all over the internet with pictures of weapons and manifestos?

2. Why was there a drill? I should say WHY IS THERE ALWAYS A DRILL ???
