I’ll tell you what the “ENDPOINT OF SPIKE PROTEIN PRODUCTION” is: DEATH.
Since January of 2022, I have had good results from taking the easiest absorbable form of zinc known as zinc picolinate (ZP) capsules, ordered from PipingRock.com. Their ZP occasionally goes on sale for about $7.50 for a bottle of 180 capsules.
After stopping ivermectin in January 2022, I was consistently having a sore tonsil the day after I would go to town and be around stores and people. However for me, I found that taking enough zinc picolinate around the clock stops my sore tonsil within a few days.
Conversely, taking lots of zinc citrate powder didn’t stop my sore tonsil at all, so I had to immediately switch back to taking the ZP.
The dose that gets rid of the sore tonsil is two 50 mg ZP capsules, 4 times per day, which is approximately every 6 hours. It’s 400 mg of elemental zinc per day, but only in the from of the most highly absorbable zinc picolinate.
Starting in November of 2020, I started taking 20 mg of ivermectin from the Durvet horse paste, (apple flavored), every two weeks for the next 15 months with very good results for keeping my probable and frequent (every 2 months) Covid chest colds away. For the first time taking the ivermectin horse paste, I had to cough up mucus for 10 days, but that ended my chest colds as long as I took ivermectin.
But now I think that taking enough zinc picolinate ends the Covid virus progression before it can even go to the lungs. So for me, for ending the Covid attack or variants quickly, I think I favor taking adequate zinc picolinate over taking ivermectin at this time.
My maintenance dose for ZP is two capsules mornings, which is 100 mg of elemental zinc.
