great staff, very helpful and accommodating

Recently stayed in rental house for two stints of 3 and 4 weeks. Found icemaker not working on arrival, fixed by owner Mike Harrison in 1 day.

Very responsive to any needs, although there were very few.

Second rental there – both houses excellent for families with fishermen or without. Clean and very convenient. Wildlife in area fabulous: ” up close and personal ” with bald eagles (nearly every day), mink, river otter, bobcat, and others. Dock staff very knowledgeable about fishing, river conditions, and very eager to see we had a good time. Location was excellent – launched my own boat within 5 minutes; easy trip to Mountain Home for major supplies, local grocery open 7 days .

Good sightseeing within 1 hour ( Blanchard Springs Caverns, Ozark Folk Center, town of Mountain View for weekend music); two excellent restaurants within 15 minute drive.

Had lower unit outboard problem and local marinas swamped, but Kevin Howard and owner Mike Harrison got me up and running within a day or two. Also very helpful when car A/C died and got local shop for me – done in 1 day. Have already booked for next year. Give them a try – you won’t be disappointed!
